Working with Arlene was very pleasant and efficient. She came with great recommendations from my colleagues, and I am very thankful that I had an opportunity to work with Arlene. She helped me to select a house which I need, and we spent just about one month for home hunting, although in the beginning I even did not have impression what city area would be the best for me. Arlene was very patient and cooperative through the whole home buying process, always gave me good advices and protected from making mistakes. She made this stressful process running smoothly, and I highly recommend Arlene to anyone who needs a realtor.

I was referred to Ms. Arlene by a co-worker that has worked with her several times (selling and purchasing). I found that Ms. Arlene genuinely has her client's best interest at heart! She went to bat for me time and time again to ensure that I would be happy with my home purchase. I am. Ms. Arlene is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, and considerable. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Should I ever decide to sell my home, and or, purchase another one, Ms. Arlene is my realtor! I highly recommend!

Arlene was amazing! We used her for both the sale of our home and also buying our new home. She was so prepared with comps in our neighborhood and very helpful with pricing our house accordingly. This was our first time selling and second time buying, so pretty new still to all of this, and she made it easy. Anytime we had a question, she was quick to respond. She even helped us find great movers, inspectors and anything we needed.

Arlene helped us buy our dream house and beat out multiple bids without breaking our bank. Then she helped us sell our current house. Which went in 4 days with multiple offers. The final offer we accepted was considerably over our asking price. Thank you Arlene!

Working with Arlene was great for both my wife and I as we searched for our first home . Arlene welcomed us in with open arms and helped us work out some of the differences my wife and I had about where we wanted to live, must haves and deal breakers. Her knowledge of builders as well as schools in the area were extremely solid. You can tell she was dutiful with understanding the key features my wife and I wanted in our home as well as the area. We are now 6 months into our lovely home and we are loving it. We couldn't have done it without Arlene! Thanks again.

We literally had the best experience buying a home with Arlene. This market can be really tough especially since we were first time home buyers, but Arlene made it so much fun and was always on top of it every time a new home came on the market we would be interested in! She quickly got a feel for the style of home we liked, and was able to really help guide us on our first journey buying a home. We always felt like our best interest were her first priority and never worried about entering into a contract that would harm us. She is not only an amazing realtor but is now also a good friend! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and my husband and I will be lifetime clients! We love you Arlene!!

I was referred to Arlene through a good friend. She had helped he and his family transition to the north Texas market. I was also new to the area from out of state. She really helped educate me on the different cities, neighborhoods, and market trends in the area, and based our searches on my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. It was obvious from the first time I spoke with her she really cared about finding the perfect home for me. She always had my back when talking with home builders and other realtors. Arlene was so wonderful throughout the whole process of moving to a new area and buying a home. She made my transition from out of state so much easier and less stressful. I really can't say enough positive things about Arlene! I recommend her to everyone I talk to who is buying or selling a home and will not hesitate to use her again!

We had the pleasure in working with Arlene through the USAA real estate network on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. She represented us as a Sales agent and Buying agent. Arlene is a highly knowledgeable and experienced agent. We sold our house in a week, thanks to her advice in getting our home ready to sell quick. She knew the market to make that happen. Both the sale and the purchase of the homes were headache-free, no issues, and if there were, it was transparent to us. She handled it extremely professionally. She was always available when we called/emailed/text. Arlene exceeded our expectations and we will never let her go. She deserves 10 stars!!
